- Chat messages you send to astrologers in the App
- Payment details (handled securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store card details on our servers)

- Device information (model, OS version)
- App usage (features used, time spent)
- IP address and approximate location
- Crash logs and performance data
c. Content & Usage
We may store which astrologers you chat with and related session data so your conversations remain available in the App. We do not sell your personal information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Generate kundli and personalise astrologer chat
- Manage subscriptions, trial offers, and purchases
- Send important service notices
- Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
- Ensure compliance with laws and prevent fraud or misuse
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Payments and Security
- We use encryption and security protocols to protect your data.
- We do not store your credit/debit card or UPI secrets on our servers.
- In-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play (or authorized payment partners).
4. Data Sharing
We may share limited information only when necessary:
- To comply with legal obligations or government requests
- With trusted third-party services (hosting, analytics, cloud storage, notifications, payment processors) under confidentiality terms
- To protect Astrosaathi, users, and platform safety (for example, fraud prevention)
Astrologer chats are processed to deliver replies in the App. Do not share information in chat that you would not want stored with your account.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and update profile details in the App
- Request removal of your stored data or delete your account

6. Children's Privacy
Astrosaathi is intended for users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Digital-Only Nature
Astrosaathi provides digital-only services (kundli views, in-app chat, and related features). We do not sell or ship any physical products.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
