Welcome to Astrosaathi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astrosaathi mobile application ("App") and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using Astrosaathi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About Astrosaathi
Astrosaathi is an astrology companion app that lets you view a kundli based on birth details you provide, browse astrologers, and chat for guidance on topics such as marriage, relationships, and everyday questions. The App may offer premium features via subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases.
2. Eligibility
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
3. Account & Registration
To access the App you register with your mobile number. You are responsible for:
- All activity under your account
- Keeping access to your phone number secure
- Not sharing your account with others for misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Astrology disclaimer
Astrosaathi provides astrology-related content and chat for personal insight and entertainment. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Kundli calculations and astrologer replies may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for decisions you make after using the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Astrosaathi to:
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- Use bots or automation to abuse the service or message limits
- Harass astrologers or other users, or send illegal, abusive, or harmful content
- Redistribute or resell App content without permission
We may suspend or ban users for violations without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All app design, branding, UI, features, code, and platform content belong to Astrosaathi or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
7. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing
Astrosaathi may offer trials, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Payments are processed via Google Play Store (or other authorized payment providers). By purchasing, you agree that:
- You are responsible for managing cancellations through your store account settings
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
- Prices may change in the future with reasonable notice where required
8. Refund Policy
We offer a refund policy for eligible purchases as described in our Refund Policy. For refund support, contact help@astrosaathi.com.
9. Service Availability & Changes
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, discontinue the App with reasonable notice where possible, or add, remove, or modify features. Chat availability and message limits may apply. We are not liable for downtime caused by technical issues beyond our control.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (for example hosting, analytics, payment processors, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party service issues, outages, or their policies.
11. Privacy
Your use of Astrosaathi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if required by law, if you misuse the App, or if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion through the account deletion page.
13. Disclaimers
Astrosaathi is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrology content will match any particular outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrosaathi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
